I did a search and found some information about Baghlan.
Baghlan is a city in northern Afghanistan and consists of three districts along the asphalt road between Pol-e Chomri and Kunduz: Baghlan-e Kohna (Old Baghlan) in the north, Baghlan-e Jadid (New Baghlan) in the middle and Fabrica in the South.
The city has a population of 83,490 (as of 2022) 1. Unfortunately, I didn't find any information about art, museums or celebrities in the city. Here is a poem I wrote for you:
Baghlan, the city in the north, is known for its sugar beets and cotton. The city has a long history, but unfortunately there is no art or museums.
